T.G.R. penetrates and chemically fractures the molecular bonds in paints, lacquers, enamels, waxes, dirt, grit, grease, and stains from any surface. Graffiti removal time varies from 30 seconds to 4 minutes depending on the type of paint/coating and number of coatings to be removed. Product has a low odor, can be stored indoors without restrictions and is not regulated by the Department of Transportation. Product is exempt from Rule 422 (photo chemically non-reactive) and Rule1171 AQMD Air Pollution Specifications. Product formulated for non-porous applications and as a semi-viscous gel for special applications like vertical surfaces. Graffiti Remover Turbo Aerosol can utilize a VOC compliant propellant. Graffiti Remover Wipes have a unique combination of vapor and contact inhibiting abilities to prevent corrosion, flash rusting and discoloration of stainless steel, iron, copper, aluminum and brass after paint removal. The formula was designed for maximum consumer safety and therefore does not contain methylene chloride, chlorinated solvents, methanol, toluene, acetone, etc. The Graffiti Remover Wipes are non-toxic, VOC Compliant, AQMD Compliant and Biodegradable.
